Born and raised in Southampton, England, Mike was born with a true passion for soccer. That love for the game drove him to sharpen his skills as a player from youth leagues through High School, College and team play with the British Army.

 

Mike has coached in England, Germany and Egypt. He has attained multiple coaching licenses including; English Football Association, levels 1, 2 and 3. English Football Association Youth Awards, levels 1, 2 and 3. English Football Association Goalkeeping Awards, levels 1 and 2. Disability soccer Coaching Award and Certification. Mike is also a certified soccer referee.

 

Mike began travelling to the United States to offer soccer training clinics in 2006 and continued to do so until 2010 when he moved to the states permanently. He is presently the head coach for both the girl’s and the boy's soccer programs at Montesano High School.
